No-Bake Cream Cheese Bars

Directions:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand.
2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
7. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the bars are firm enough to cut.
9. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
