– 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
